On Black Friday, we turned missed goals into real-time discounts. Using touch-sensitive boards around the field, every off-target shot unlocked Itaú Shop offers for fans at the stadium and at home, turning frustration into celebration.
The technology behind the Touchboard combined pressure sensors, impact detection systems, and a digital platform integrated with Itaú Shop. Each touch became a real opportunity for discounts, making the match more interactive for those in the stadium or watching from home.
